All buyers will pay closing costs in the amount of $350 for deeded weeks or $260 for non-deeded weeks.  Please see 'Total Purchase Fee's' in description for all fee's due at point of sale.

  

Funds due  shall be required within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the purchase contract and sale agreement (if more time is needed please contact us for approval BEFORE bidding).
