Director and chief operating officer of
Resort Properties, has been involved in the vacation
industry since 1985. In1987, Marc transferred to Leisure
Time Resorts where he was the sales manager. In the early
1990s, he worked in sales for both Resorts West and
Trendwest Resorts. Starting in 1990, he took a position
with Western Finance of Conroe, Texas as their National
Sales Manager. Since that time he has focused on selling
timeshares foreclosures on the secondary market. |

Bill Stephan

Has lived in Bellevue for the past 45
years. A graduate of the University of Washington, Bill
spent the next 30 years in the entertainment and
restaurant industry. He co-owned Pier 70 Restaurant and
Chowder House, Saratoga Trunk, Papagayo's Cantina, and
several other local nightclubs & eateries. Bill entered
the timeshare industry in 1995 and has worked for
Sunterra Pacific, Pahio Resorts and most recently with
WorldMark. He has traveled extensively visiting
many of the timeshare resorts in the west, Hawaii and
Mexico. Bill is thrilled to now be with a company that
can truly make a difference in people's lives without
breaking the bank. |

Nate grew up in
Oregon, went to the University of Oregon and is the only
"Duck" in a Company full of Huskies! He started in
Timeshare with BlueGreen Resorts in 2001. Since then he
has worked with Fairfield/Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham
and Pacific Monarch Resorts. In 2004 he worked with
Marcus for Western Finance in Timeshare Resales. He
moved back to his home in Las Vegas; where he met and
married his wonderful wife Katie. They have a beautiful
daughter Alexis and are expecting another Girl soon!
Nate loves to help people find the Timeshare Program
that fits their needs best. |

Hi, my name is Sara
Kuntz and I’m the office administrator for
SmartShare began working in the time share industry
in 2001 at Vacation Internationale processing
contracts. After starting a family, I needed more
flexibility and SmartShare was a perfect fit. Being
that we are a small company, I enjoy being able to
assist our clients through every step of the
purchase and sale process. Something about the
variety of resorts we deal in that keeps the job
exciting. Another great perk, as many of you know,
is I’m able to work from home most of the time
(so please excuse the
occasional chaos in the background!

Doug has primarily worked in the timeshare and campground industry since 1983 and has managed a couple of membership campground and timeshare sales organizations. He was a member of Resort Parks Internationals 200 club for 2 years and later went on to founders a NW Travel Club. Doug has always enjoyed working with computers and technology and is now focused on assisting small organizations and individuals with timeshare related web sites.
Primarily selling timeshares foreclosures and timeshare resale's on the secondary market through Internet Technologies.
