Resort Description
This resort is connected by a pedestrian bridge to the beach just across Coast Highway. The resort offers a range of on-site amenities, including two pools, restaurant, snack bar, two whirlpools, two saunas, tanning bed, two guest lounges, three pool tables, bicycles, children's game room, ATM, Internet kiosk, and a full fitness room, as well as table tennis and beach chairs and umbrellas. The suites feature fully equipped kitchens with convection microwaves and dishwashers, and a barbecue on every deck.
Sale Transaction Information
- Buyer pays closing costs in the amount of $350 for deeded weeks or $260 for non-deeded weeks. Please see 'Total Cost to Buy Today' in description for all fee's due at point of sale.
- Funds due shall be required within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the purchase contract and sale agreement (if more time is needed please contact us for approval BEFORE bidding).
- We prefer payment by personal check, money order, or bank certified cashiers check.
- Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. PayPal charges us 3% of the total for this service, therefore we require that you include the service fee when paying via PayPal.
