Resort Description
Enjoy sun, sand, and surf in the tropical paradise of Kauai at Kapaa Shore. Located on the island's eastern coast, the resort offers 400 feet of beach, an outdoor pool, sun deck, whirlpool, a barbecue and picnic area, and a tennis court. Water sports can be enjoyed along Kauai's many beaches. One of the island's most beautiful attractions is Kalaheo, site of the Olu Pua Gardens. Other sight-seeing possibilities include the Wailua Falls, Holo-Holo-Ku Heiau (a stone where human sacrifices took place), and the white-sand beaches of Coco Palms.
Sale Transaction Information
- Buyer pays closing costs in the amount of $350 for deeded weeks or $260 for non-deeded weeks. Please see 'Total Cost to Buy Today' in description for all fee's due at point of sale.
- Funds due shall be required within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the purchase contract and sale agreement (if more time is needed please contact us for approval BEFORE bidding).
- We prefer payment by personal check, money order, or bank certified cashiers check.
- Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. PayPal charges us 3% of the total for this service, therefore we require that you include the service fee when paying via PayPal.
- Make sure the week you are buying works the way you think it does. We have provided the resort's phone number for you to call to verify all information about the interval.
- We guarantee the transfer of ownerships etc. or a complete refund of monies will be due to the buyer.
