One of Hawaii's most widely acclaimed resort developments, Princeville is perhaps best known for its superb golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The nearby Makai course is comprised of three nine-hole layouts. Sale Transaction Information
- Buyer pays closing costs in the amount of $350 for deeded weeks or $260 for non-deeded weeks. Please see 'Total Cost to Buy Today' in description for all fee's due at point of sale.
- Funds due shall be required within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the purchase contract and sale agreement (if more time is needed please contact us for approval BEFORE bidding).
